Welcome to Leman Property Management Co, one of Central Illinois’ largest local property management companies!

What we do: We have been offering real estate products and investment services to Central Illinois since 1982 when we were founded as Monge Property Management Co. Our real estate products include:

  • Nearly 1,500 apartment homes

  • 300,000 square feet of commercial and office space

  • Numerous residential and commercial subdivision developments

William J. Leman, CPA, CPM

Bill is the owner and CEO of Leman Property Management, and co-founded the company with Robert B. Monge in 1982. In addition to his work at LPMCO, Bill is a director at Morton Community Bank and serves on various non-profit boards including Pekin Salvation Army (past president), TazWood Mental Health Center (past president), Dirksen Congressional Center (past president), Midwest Food Bank, and others. David B. Leman, CPA, CPM

Dave is the President of Leman Property Management Co.  Dave has served on various not-for-profit boards including the Roanoke Park Board, Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke, Pediatric Resource Center Advisory Board and Camp of Champions USA.  Dave is a past president of the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and past president of Roanoke Rotary Club.
